The Western Hemisphere's most significant aquatic snake breeding facility — 14 species across three families, several maintained nowhere else in North America.

Aquatic snakes are among the most misunderstood animals in private collections. ASP exists to change that — through rigorous husbandry, species-level breeding programs, and care data that serves keepers and conservationists alike.

ASP holds multiple world firsts, including the only known T-albino and paradox albino Elephant Trunk Snakes, the only US breeding group of Deuves Mudsnake and its first-ever F1 offspring, and the only US breeding group of Dog-faced Water Snake. The program incorporates multiple international field surveys of natural habitat, as well as innovative new methods presented at herpetological meetings and symposiums around the world.
